The Samsung Galaxy S20 series of smartphones has been a massive hit in 2020. The series has three phones under it, namely the Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra. Similarly, Samsung is reportedly buckling up for their Galaxy S21 series of smartphones.
According to a new report, this flagship Samsung Galaxy series will release in January of 2021. Just like the Galaxy S20 series, the S21 series will have three phones under it. These will be the Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra.

Moreover, the key specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has rendered online. Tipster Ishan Agarwal in collaboration with 91Mobiles revealed the key specs of the handset. The smartphone is codenamed internally as O3 and carries the model number SM-G998U. Additionally, the smartphone will reportedly come with a large 5000mAh battery. Besides, we will most likely see a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display on the handset.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Specifications
Tipster Ishan Agarwal has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will feature a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. Additionally, the smartphone will run Android 11 with the One UI 3.0 custom skin on top, right out of the box.
When it comes to the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will feature a 108MP primary rear camera setup. On the front, the smartphone will most likely come with a 40-megapixel selfie shooter. Agarwal also goes on to state that the handset will pack a large 5,000mAh battery.

Moreover, the flagship Samsung device is expected to come with a high refresh rate screen. Rumors suggest that it could be a high refresh rate of 144Hz and not 120Hz. However, there is nothing to back this piece of information and confirm it.

Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will most likely come with a unique rear camera module like the S21. The handset is also said to come with a centered punch-hole display design. On the processor front, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will most likely be powered by the Snapdragon 875 SoC. Moreover, this chipset will be used in US and China version of the device. In the Indian market, the smartphone will most likely carry an Exynos 2100 SoC. Lastly, the smartphone will come in Black and Silver color options.
