How to Recharge through Vi App?
- Go to the Play Store or App Store and download My Vi App.
- Open the home page of My Vi App.
- In the homepage, you will see a “recharge now” tab somewhere in the upper half of the screen.
- Click on the recharge now option.
- Write your Vi number in the window and browse plans.
- Go for the plan that is the most suitable for you and hit the recharge button.
- A “Pay Securely” window will open that will show you which offer you have chosen and what services are included in it.
- Go through it and tap on “pay securely” tab and Vi will direct to the Payment window.
- Choose the mode of payment from the many options available.
- If you are willing to pay for your recharge through UPI payment methods, you can pay easily with the help of UPI pin.
- If you desire to pay by debit/credit, the page asking for your card information will come up.
- Type in your card information in the page and select the “Send OTP” option.
- On receiving the OTP, type the OTP and see if the transaction is successful.
- Your Vi plan is active now.

How to recharge through Vi Website?
- If you want to Recharge through the Vi website.
- Write your Vi Mobile Number.
- As soon as you write your number, Vi shows you all the available plans in the same window.
- Analyze the plans and pick the bunch of services that are perfect for you.
- When you have made the choice of your plan for the recharge, hit the “Buy pack” button at the extreme right of the line in which your selected plan is mentioned.
- As you enter the payment page, there will be payment platform options available on the left side.
- Select the one you want to pay through.
- Use a UPI pin or UPI ID in order to make payment through UPI payment methods like Phonepe, Paytm, etc.
- If you aspire to pay using a Debit/Credit Card, give your card details.
- Now request for OTP.
- Write the OTP when received and wait till the transaction is successful.
- Your Vi number is recharged.
