It will likely run on Android 13 Go Edition with MIUI on top and will have expandable storage of up to 1TB via a micro-SD card slot. In addition, the Redmi A3 will likely have a teardrop notch on the front and a dual camera setup on the back.

Given the budget pricing, we can also expect the phone to have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Its predecessor, the Redmi A2, offered a micro-USB port, so hopefully, Xiaomi will transition to a USB-C with the A3.
