OnePlus 12 Design And Colours Unveiled Before Launch

OnePlus is gearing up to launch its next flagship, the OnePlus 12, on December 5 in China. The smartphone is also expected to arrive in India in January 2024. The company has revealed the OnePlus 12 colour options and design before its official release. It will be available in three colour palettes, unlike previous OnePlus phones.

OnePlus has showcased the design of its upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 12, in new official renders. The smartphone will be available in three beautiful colours: Pale Green, Rock Black and White.

These official renders also showcase the OnePlus 12 design, which will have a curved display on the front with a punch-hole cutout for the camera. Furthermore, it will have narrow bezels surrounding the screen and a circular camera island at the back.

A Hasselblad branding is at the centre of the camera module, similar to the OnePlus 11. The design of the OnePlus 12 is in line with previous leaks and rumours. The White colour will have ceramic glass, the Green will have stacked glass, and the Black one will have silk glass, according to OnePlus.

This is the first time OnePlus is bringing fresh colours to its smartphone after sticking to Green and Black with the OnePlus 10 Pro and 11 series. It will also retain the iconic alert slider from previous phones.

The phone will launch in China on December 5 instead of December 4, coinciding with the company’s 10th anniversary celebrations. The company is also expected to launch the OnePlus Ace 3 and OnePlus Watch 2 at the event.

OnePlus Twelve Expected Specifications

The OnePlus 12 design reveals that it will sport a 6.82-inch 2K BOE ProXDR AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the screen will have a peak brightness of 2600 nits and Display Mate A+ certification.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will power the phone paired with up to 16GB of RAM. It will run on Oxygen OS 14 based on Android 14 and will have up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The OnePlus 12 will have a circular camera island design that will house a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor with OIS. In addition, it will have a 1/2-inch 64-megapixel OV64B periscope lens with 3x optical zoom and a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultrawide lens.
