Earlier this year, OnePlus announced it is merging its R&D team with OPPO. The company claims it is doing so for streamlining operations and capitalising on shared resources. Moreover, the company claimed Oxygen OS will continue to run on its smartphones in India. But previously reports hinted that the OnePlus 10 Pro might come with the unified Oppo OnePlus OS. However, it looks like it might not be the case.
Now, 91mobiles has exclusively learned from noted leakster Yogesh Brar that the unified OS is delayed. In addition, he also says that the OnePlus 10 Pro global version will run on Oxygen OS 12 custom skin out of the box. Although its Chinese variant comes in the ColorOS skin on top. With rumours suggesting it might launch sometime by end of the March.
