Micromax is gearing up for a launch soon in India under the IN series. The company already has multiple smartphones under the series. However, it looks like the company is gearing up for the launch of another in the series. A device visited the Geekbench website, earlier this year, ahead of its launch with the moniker Micromax IN 2C. Although, there is no official word on the exact launch date of the device. Now, reports of it surfacing on Google Play Console listing have also surfaced.

Rumours are that Micromax In 2C will be somewhere around Rs. 10,000, which will put it in direct competition with smartphones like Realme C25, Realme Narzo 50A, Redmi 9 Power, etc. But this recent listing spotting reveals some other details, look at it in detail below:

According to the listing, Micromax IN 2C will come with model number E6533, will sport a Unisoc T610 chipset under the hood. It’s the same chipset that rocks Micromax In 2B smartphone as well.
The Unisoc T610, to recall, is an entry-level SoC that uses a 12 nm manufacturing process and comes with two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and six A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. The Geekbench listing that appeared back in June 2021 showed that the handset scored 347 in single-core and 1127 in multi-core tests. Apart from this, there is no word on the Micromax In 2C camera, battery, and other details yet.

While we wait for Micromax to announce the In 2C launch date in India, rumours suggest that the smartphone could debut as early as next month in the country.
