In 2019, Angry Birds was removed from mobile stores. Rovio, on the other hand, sent a letter last summer outlining plans to bring the cherished classic back to mobile devices. Rovio apologized to Angry Birds fans in the letter for de-listing games like Angry Birds Classic and Angry Birds Seasons without notice. It went on to say that the move was unavoidable, citing problems with maintaining and upgrading games created with outdated technologies. The game was initially created using a proprietary engine. However, the new version is created by using Unity in order to function better on newer mobile devices. With ongoing support, the new Angry Birds remake will be completely new and playable on contemporary mobile devices.
