Battlegrounds Mobile India is all set to get a brand new update. This will be the BGMI 1.7 update and shall bring over Arcane-themed crossover events. Arcane is a League of Legends based popular series on Netflix. BGMI has now joined hands with Arcane to bring a brand new Mirror World theme mode.
Most importantly, players who download the upcoming update will be getting two Classic Crate Coupons. In addition, Premium and Classic Crate coupon prices will also be reduced via the upcoming BGMI 1.7 update.

BGMI 1.7 Update Release Date
Battlegrounds Mobile India will get the 1.7.0 update on November 19, 2021. Moreover, the update will roll out for both Android and iOS devices. All players have to do is head over to the Google Play Store or App Store to download and enjoy the upcoming update.
BGMI 1.7 Update Features
New Mirror World Theme mode
The upcoming Mirror World Theme Mode will be held across all the map. This includes Erangel, Livik and Sanhok and it will spawn at random locations on these maps. Players will get to know where the Mirror World will spawn at the beginning of each game. Players can spot the location when opening their maps.
The exciting thing is, as soon as you reach the Mirror World, your character will turn into Jinx, Caitlyn, Vi or Jayce from League of Legends based Arcane. The fun does not end there for the BGMI 1.7 update players. Each of these characters have unique abilities that you can use to your advantage.

This is much like we get to see Garena Free Fire where each character has his or her unique combat abilities. The Mirror World will also have Arcane monsters to defeat. You can also get your hands on Hextech Chests in the Mirror World which will contain exciting in-game items.
Gameplay Changes
The BGMI 1.7 update will also bring the ability to piggyback downed enemies and teammates. The good thing is, this will allow you to save your teammate from dying to the zone. During intense sessions where multiple teams land and your teammate gets knocked down, you can carry him or her to safety and start reviving her.
However, one thing to note here is that you will not be able to do certain actions when piggybacking. These include sprinting, riding a vehicle or even shooting. Another thing that the new BGMI 1.7 update will bring is a grenade indicator. We will also get to see a whole new smole effect when you throw smoke grenades in the game.
