The A15 chipset used in the Apple iPhone 13 is believed to be manufactured using the TSMC 5nm technology. According to a TrendForce analysis, the iPhone 13 will be 30% more efficient and over 20% smarter than Apple’s iPhone 12 series handsets in terms of performance. The A14 Bionic chipset, which was only released last year, powers the iPhone 12 series handsets.
The Apple iPhone 13 series, most likely for the ‘Pro’ models of the yet-to-be-released handset, could use a Samsung LTPO screen as per the leaks. The panels are likely to have a 120Hz refresh rate, which will be the first time an Apple iPhone screen has a refresh rate higher than 60Hz.

If Apple’s prior release dates are any indication, the iPhone 13 might enter stores on Friday, September 24th, 2021. Wedbush analyst Dan Ives expects that the iPhone 13 will be released in the third week of September. This speculation by him aligns with the expected launch date possibility.
The iPhone 13 might go on sale the following Friday, with pre-orders starting that Friday.
