ZTE recently announced the launch date of its next Z series flagship smartphone. The brand revealed on its official Weibo channel that the Nubia Z50 series will launch in the Chinese market on December 19, 2022. The launch event of the ZTE Nubia Z50 will start at 2:00 PM local time in China (11:30 AM IST). The teaser poster reveals that the company mainly focuses on the camera department to make it stand out from the crowd of premium phones.
The upcoming Nubia Z 50 smartphone uses a 35mm optical system where the light input exceeds 1-inch primary camera sensor. Moreover, the device can also support starry sky photography and several other photography modes. However, the Sony IMX989 has a focal length equivalent to 23 millimetres.

Although it might look like Nubia has hinted towards the 1-inch sensor. There is no such confirmed announcement from Nubia as of yet. Let’s see what we know so far about the new smartphone.
Expected Specifications of ZTE Nubia Z50
Enough information about the features and specifications of ZTE Nubia Z50 is not yet available now. However, we expect to know more about the device in the coming days. Some sources suggest that Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor will power the new smartphone.
