Xiaomi is gearing up to launch their Mi 11 Lite smartphone in India, today. The smartphone will be launched via a virtual launch event at 12PM IST. Moreover, the online or virtual event will be livestreamed via the company’s YouTube channel.
Furthermore, Xiaomi will launch the smartphone as the slimmest device of 2021. The smartphone measures just 6.81mm in thickness, which explains the claim. The smartphone was launched back in March alongside the Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Pro. The complete specifications, price in India and sale date of the device will be revealed at the virtual launch date today.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite specifications
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite comes with a large 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. Additionally, the display comes with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. Moreover, we will also see a fast refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz on the device. The handset runs on Android 11 with the MIUI 12 custom skin on top.
On the processor front, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G SoC. This octa-core chipset is paired with the Adreno 618 GPU. Additionally, the smartphone comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

For photos and videos, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite comes with a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. Additionally, there is a tertiary 5-megapixel macro sensor as well in the setup. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 20-megapixel sensor selfie shooter.
Lastly, the handset will pack a decent 4,250mAh battery along with 33W fast charging support. Additionally, there is also a USB Type-C port for charging.
Expected Price In India
Mi 11 Lite price in China is set at RMB 2,299 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. This converts to roughly Rs. 25,500 in India. On the other hand, the 8GB/256GB variant comes with a price tag of RMB 2,599. This converts to roughly Rs. 28,800 in India. We can expect the Mi 11 Lite price in India to be set in between Rs. 20,000-25,000.
