Xiaomi has finally launched the Mi 11 Lite in India. The latest smartphone was launched via a virtual launch event. The online launch event was streamed via the company’s YouTube channel.
The Mi 11 Lite has launched as the slimmest smartphone of 2021. Xiaomi also reveals the tweaks that it made to make this device possible. Xiaomi has used a “flat flexible OLED” instead of a Super AMOLED. Also, the company has redesigned the circuit board which is 35 percent smaller in size than over a traditional smartphone circuit board.
Price & Availability
The Mi 11 Lite price in India starts from Rs. 21,999. This is the price set for the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. Additionally, there is an early bird offer of Rs. 1,500 which brings down the price to Rs. 20,499. Furthermore, there is an HDFC bank offer of up to Rs. 1,500 which reduces the price to Rs. 18,999.

On the other hand, the 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant of the device is being launched at Rs. 23,999. Additionally, the early bird offer of Rs. 1,500 brings down the price to Rs. 22,499. Furthermore, the HDFC bank offer of Rs. 1,500 ultimately reduces the price to Rs. 20,999.
The smartphone will be available for pre-ordering from June 25 via Flipkart. Additionally, the smartphone will go on its first sale on June 28 at 12PM IST via Flipkart, Mi Home, Mi.com and all the retail stores.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite Specifications
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite comes with a large 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. Additionally, the display comes with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. Moreover, the smartphone also comes with a fast refresh rate of 90Hz. The device also features a touch sampling rate of 240Hz on the device. The handset comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection as well, bringing durability to the table. The handset runs on Android 11 with the MIUI 12 custom skin on top.
On the processor front, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G SoC. This octa-core chipset is paired with the Adreno 618 GPU. Additionally, the smartphone comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

When it comes to the cameras, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite comes with a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. Additionally, there is a tertiary 5-megapixel macro sensor as well in the setup. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
Lastly, the handset will pack a decent 4,250mAh battery along with 33W fast charging support. Additionally, there is also a USB Type-C port for charging.
