How Amazon AI Rufus Wokrs?

Amazon’s AI Rufus has been released in India. This shopping assistant was launched in the US in early February this year. It will also be available to select Amazon customers in India in the next update.

According to Amazon, Rufus helps customers make better and more informed shopping decisions by generating answers. It uses relevant information from Amazon and the internet. This Shopping Assistant will be available at the bottom right of the navigation bar in the Amazon app, followed by a chat dialogue on the screen.

Customers can expand the chat dialogue to see answers to their questions, tap suggested questions, or ask follow-up questions. So, if you want to go back to the old-style search results, just swipe down to move the chat conversation back to the bottom of the screen.
