Vivo had planned to release the Vivo T2 in China today, May 23, 2022. However, the firm has now pushed back the launch date to June 6, 2022. Vivo verified the new Vivo T2 launch date via a Weibo tweet. Due to a force majeure situation in China, Vivo will release the Vivo T2 in China on June 6, 2022, at 7 p.m. local time. The Vivo T2 will be the follow-up to the Vivo T1, which was out last year. Let’s look at what the Vivo T2 has to offer in more detail.

On the Vivo T2, the teaser shows a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset is powering the gadget, which might be combined with 8/12 RAM and 128/256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The Vivo T2 has an 80W rapid charging capability that could support a 4,700mAh battery.

The Vivo T2 includes a triple-camera configuration on the back, with a 64-megapixel camera with OIS. The remaining two sensors, according to the previous leak, are a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel portrait shooter.

On the front, it’ll probably include a 16-megapixel camera with a punch-hole cutout in the middle for selfies and video chats. The Vivo T2 comes preloaded with Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean.
