According to a report, some new models can be on their way for the Honor 80 series. Recently Honor 80 series handsets- Honor 80, Honor 80 Pro and Honor 80 SE were launched in China. And as per a report, the Honor 80 GT and a flat-screen variant of the Honor 80 Pro might be the new handsets of the series. They were reportedly spotted on China’s Compulsory Certification (3C) website.
These devices go by the model codes AGT-AN00 and ANB-AN00. As per the report, they will launch on December 26, 2022, as the Honor 80 GT and the Honor 80 Pro flat display variant. Moreover, the 3C listing suggests that the phones can support 5G network connectivity and 33W fast charging.

Honor 80 GT and Honor 80 Pro Flat Screen Variant: Specifications
The report suggests the new upcoming handsets will come with a lower frequency version of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It will feature a 6.78-inch curved OLED display with a 1224×2700 pixel resolution. Additionally, the variants can support a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of peak brightness. Moreover, the Honor 80 Pro with a flat-screen has the same processing power as the previous model but a more conventional design.
Regarding camera configuration, the Honor 80 Pro has a triple rear camera with a 160-megapixel primary sensor. Along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide/ macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth camera. Similarly, the upcoming variant also features a pill-shaped cut-out on the front. Which houses a 50-megapixel front camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Honor 80 series went for sale on December 9, 2022, in China. However, the company hasn’t confirmed any dates for the availability of the handsets in other markets.
