The MacBook Air M2 will be available in India starting today. Later today, the laptop will be available for purchase. Its new MacBook Air model was unveiled in June of this year, and it is now available through Apple’s online shop. It is not featured on Amazon, and the device will also be available through Flipkart. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage edition of the MacBook Air M2 is priced at Rs. 1,19,900.

The new Air M2 has a completely redesigned design. It has the same flat frame design as the MacBook Pro models and a large notch at the top of the display. Apple has also included a new M2 processor with up to ten GPU cores and eight CPU cores. The new processor promises 18 per cent quicker performance and up to 35 per cent more power in the GPU.

The screen is also significantly larger at 13.6-inches and now has a peak brightness of 500 nits. An improved 1080p webcam is located above the Liquid Retina display. More connectors are also added to the new Air M2. It now has two USB Type-C connectors, a MagSafe charging port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The 8-core GPU model will come with a 30W charger, while the 10-core GPU model with 512GB SSD will come with a 35W dual USB Type-C converter. Apple will provide users the option of upgrading to a 67W USB Type-C fast charger as an alternative to the 35W Dual USB Type-C converter.
