It is available to the beta testers of the app.

The transfer account feature
The latest feature of Signal is known as the transfer account feature. It will allow transferring chats to a new device without hampering the privacy of the user.
Not only this but users can now use the end-to-end encryption migration feature to move their account and messages from an old device to a new one. The only requirement for the process is a private local Wi-Fi direct connection.
Through this feature, one can easily transfer Signal chats from an Android device to an iPhone or vice versa. Now, nobody you will have to lose important information and messages. Currently, feature is in the beta testing stage but it will be soon available to general public.

Signal accounts
However the users will be able to use a single account on a single device. No one will be able to use one account on multiple devices. A unique feature of the application is that, it is not linked to the phone number.
The users will have a pin for their account that prevents unauthorized access to the account from different devices. Also, Signal allows users to enable disappearing messages for better privacy.
Lastly, Signal is improving itself day by day and is coming up with new features for the users. It is giving a tough competition to the messaging giant WhatsApp. People are finding the platform very useful and secure.
