Samsung has finally launched their Samsung Galaxy F22 in India today, on July 6. The smartphone is a Flipkart exclusive and will go on sale via the e-commerce platform soon. From the looks of it, it does seem very similar to the Samsung Galaxy A22 which was launched in India recently.
The smartphone comes with a rear waterdrop style notch design which houses the selfie shooter. Additionally, the smartphone has launched as the latest addition to the F-series of Samsung phones in the country. The smartphone also comes with a quad rear camera setup. Buyers can also find a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the device. The Samsung Galaxy F22 carries a Super AMOLED display alongside the Helio G80 SoC.
From the looks of it, Samsung has launched the Galaxy F22 to compete against the Realme C-series and Redmi Note 10 series of smartphones in India. The Flipkart sale date, key specifications and everything has been revealed as well.
Price In India & Flipkart Availability
The Samsung Galaxy F22 price in India is set at Rs 12,499. Moreover, this is the price set for the vanilla variant of 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. On the other hand, the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 14,499.

Additionally, the smartphone comes in the Denim Black and Denim Blue color options in India. When it comes to the availability of the smartphone, it will go on sale via Flipkart starting July 13 at 12 noon.
Samsung Galaxy F22 Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy F22 features a big 6.4-inch HD+ sAMOLED display. Additionally, the smartphone comes with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. We can also see a 90Hz fast refresh rate panel on the handset alongside a waterdrop style notch design at the front.
On the processor front, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. Additionally, this octa-core chipset is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the internal storage of the device is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot. On the software front, the handset runs on Android 11 OS with the OneUI Core 3.1 custom skin on top.

For photos and videos, the Samsung Galaxy F22 features a quad rear camera setup. The setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel secondary wide-angel sensor. Additionally, there are two 2-megapixel sensors for depth and macro shots, respectively. On the front, the smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Samsung Galaxy F22 packs a massive 6,000mAh battery along with 15W fast charging support. Additionally, the smartphone comes with a USB Type-C port for charging as well. Other connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
