Samsung Galaxy A52 can be the company’s upcoming premium mid-range offering with 5G connectivity. Its’ production started in the company’s Greater Noida facility, as per a report. Moreover, other rumors point it can launch sometime in the first half of 2021. Additionally, sources say there will also be a 5G version of the A52 in India.

The smartphone recently received the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. It hints that it can launch in India soon. Moreover, Samsung Galaxy A52 is also on China’s 3C certification site with 15W fast charging support. However, the exact timeline for the Galaxy A52 India launch remains a mystery, for now. It can compete with other 5G offerings from company’s like OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Vivo that are expecting to launch in the country soon.

Recent leaks in the images show off a center-aligned hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera and slim bezels. It has a rectangular camera module at the back that houses quad-lenses. The power button and volume rocker are on the right spine. Whereas, the USB Type-C port, speaker grill, and 3.5mm headphone jack is at the bottom. Design-wise, the Samsung Galaxy A52 is a lot identical to the Galaxy A51.

In terms of specs, it can flaunt a 6.5-inch AMOLED display, which could bear an FHD+ resolution. However, the 5G variant can power on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G. Whereas, the 4G-only variant could ship with Snapdragon 720G. It is likely to boot Android 11 OS out of the box and pack 6GB RAM.

Moreover, there is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The smartphone is tipped to measure 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4mm (10mm with the rear camera bump). According to a 3C listing, it tips that it will support 15W fast charging.
