Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) made several announcements during its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM). It is disclosed that a Reliance Jio and Meta collaboration will be introduced to use JioMart on WhatsApp.
They are regarding the company’s success over the previous year and outlining the future pipeline of plans. The business said that during Diwali, it would launch Jio True 5G services in India. Jio AIR FIBER, a wireless, plug-and-play gadget for ultra-high-speed Internet in homes and workplaces, was also introduced by Reliance Jio.
According to the business, JioMart would offer a complete buying experience on WhatsApp, a first for the whole world.

How to Use JioMart on WhatsApp?
Reliance Jio disclosed its collaboration with Meta to launch JioMart on WhatsApp. JioMart may be purchased directly within WhatsApp by customers. Users in India, even those who have never shopped online, can easily explore it. They can see the whole food catalogue of JioMart, add products to the basket and proceed with the payment to finish the transaction. All thanks to JioMart on WhatsApp. All of these actions may be done inside WhatsApp.
Customers who want to purchase food and other products from JioMart over WhatsApp must send a “Hi” message to the designated number, 91-7977079770. The bot will allow users to add things and continue once the message has been sent.

What Else on the Reliance Jio and Meta collaboration?
According to CEO Mark Zuckerberg, this is the first-ever end-to-end buying experience from Meta on WhatsApp. “The JioMart on WhatsApp experience strengthens our commitment to provide millions of Indians with an easy and quick option to conduct online shopping.” Mukesh Ambani, chairman and CEO of RIL, stated.
The business also declared it would launch 5G services in India around Diwali. Moreover, by Diwali 2022, which falls around October, significant cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata, will have 5G connections. According to Jio, every taluk, village, and town in India will have a 5G connection of fibre quality by the end of December 2023.
