The Redmi Note 12 series will be available in India on January 5, with three variants available: the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G. The company has been quite outspoken in teasing and announcing new phone features. The company has now revealed camera specs and photo images in the most latest set. This confirms that the Note 12 Pro 5G will include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera sensor with OIS. On the back of the phone, there will be a triple camera system.
Xiaomi promises that the Note 12 Pro’s camera is one of the finest in the class in terms of colour reproduction.

Redmi Note 12 Pro specifications
The Note 12 Pro will have a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and up to 900nits brightness. Moreover, the smartphone will power the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC. The handset will be available in four variants: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB.
Furthermore, the device has triple camera sensors on the back, with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor with f/1.88 aperture, 6P Lens, OIS, an 8-megapixel UW lens and a 2-megapixel macro unit. There is a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video chats.
The device ships with the Android 12-based MIUI 13 custom skin. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C connection for charging and data transfers are among the connectivity capabilities. Additionally, there includes a fingerprint sensor on the side for security, dual speakers, and an X-axis linear motor. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 67W rapid charging.
