Xiaomi is getting ready to launch their Redmi 10 series of smartphones soon. Although the company has been keeping the official launch date under wraps, something else has leaked out. The company has accidentally leaked the key specifications of the upcoming vanilla Redmi 10 via a press release. Although the press release has now been taken down, it did not go unnoticed.
Before the release could be taken down, a website made sure to report the complete specifications of the upcoming device. Further, the latest accidental leak falls in line with whatever has been leaked about the smartphone previously. Here is a quick rundown of what Xiaomi has accidentally leaked about the smartphone.

Redmi 10 Specifications (Leaked)
According to the leaked specifications, the smartphone will feature a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ LCD display. In addition, the display will come with an adaptive refresh rate which switches between 45Hz, 60Hz and 90Hz. At the front, the display will sport a punch-hole design which shall house the selfie sensor.

On the processor front, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity G88 SoC. The octa-core chipset will pair up with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Moreover, the accidental leak also reveals the smartphone to come in three variants which are, 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB.
When it comes to optics, the budget smartphone will feature a quad rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. In addition, there will also be a two 2-megapixel sensors in the setup. On the software front, the device will run on Android 11 with the MIUI 12.5 custom skin on top. The smartphone will come in the Carbon Gray, Pebble White and Sea Blue colour options.

When it comes to battery, the device will pack a big 5000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support. Besides, the device will also come with 9W reverse charging support. Moreover, the handset will also come with a 22.5W fast charger in the box itself. It will also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack alongside a modern side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The budget device by Xiaomi will come with dimensions of 161.96 x 75.54 x 8.93mm and weigh 182 grams.
