OPPO Smartphone With MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC Reportedly In The Works

Recently, the MediaTek Dimensity 810 mid ranger chipset has gone official. The chipset is based on a 6nm architecture and comes with ARM Cortex A76 along with clock speeds of up to 2.4GHz. Besides, Realme has recently been reported to be working on a smartphone that carries this particular chipset. Now, OPPO seems to be joining the league as well.

Now, although the company has not officially revealed anything, a detailed leak suggests that OPPO is working on a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC carrying smartphone. In addition, the brand new leak also reveals a bunch of other key specifications of the upcoming mysterious OPPO phone.

Oppo Mysterious Smartphone With Dimensity 810 SoC

Noted tipster Mukul Sharma too to Twitter to reveal a snap of a post from Weibo. Now, this particular post from Weibo reveals that OPPO is working on a smartphone which will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset. Additionally, the post also reveals that the smartphone will come with a P2i-grade water and dust resistance rating.

On the display front, the mysterious OPPO phone will feature a 6.5-inch LCD display. Also, we will get to see a fast 90Hz refresh rate on the device. The smartphone will also come with a triple rear camera setup, suggests the leak. The leak goes on to reveal that the setup will include a 48MP Samsung GN1 primary sensor. Additionally, the primary sensor will be accompanied by an 8MP Hynix Hi846 ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor.

The device has also been tipped to pack a big 5000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support. Further, we will also see Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the device alongside a 3D plate back cover. The smartphone will also reportedly come with a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a modern side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. However, the tipster reveals that the smartphone will not come with NFC support.

For now, the official moniker of the mysterious device is under wraps. Hopefully, we will get to see the moniker of the device getting revealed in the coming days.
