The iQOO 8 series of smartphones are all set to go official in China on August 17. The series will come with the iQOO 8 5G and iQOO 8 Pro 5G devices under it. The company has also recently confirmed certain key specifications of the device ahead of its official launch. The series will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 888+ chipset.
Now, noted tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted an iQOO 8 smartphone on Geekbench ahead of official launch. The smartphone has been listed with the model number V2141A on Geekbench. However, it is a bit unclear about which smartphone in the series this model number belongs to.

iQOO 8 Specifications (Geekbench)
Going by the Geekbench listing, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC. The octa-core flagship chipset will pair up with 8GB of RAM, according to the listing. The flagship chipset is also clocked at 3.0GHz and coupled with the Adreno 660 GPU.

On the software front, the upcoming smartphone will run on Android 11 with the OriginOS or Funtouch OS 11, depending on the region. Further, the Geekbench listing reveals that the smartphone scores 1133 points in the single-core tests. In addition, the upcoming smartphone scores and 3696 points in the multi-core tests.
Besides, other details for the iQOO 8 have been confirmed as well. The device will include 12GB of RAM and feature 4GB of extended RAM support variant as well. The charging specifications of the smartphone has also been tipped recently. The Pro model in the series will come with 50W wireless fast charging support along with 10W reverse charging support.

The company has also confirmed the camera specifications of the Pro model. The smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 50-megapixel primary sensor along with a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. In addition, there will also be a 16-megapixel mid-focus sensor in the setup. The setup will also come with VIS five-axis anti-shake micro-cloud gimbal stabilisation. When it comes to display, the smartphone will feature a 2K LTPO OLED display. The display will also come with an adaptive refresh rate between 1Hz to 120Hz.
