The Redmi 10 Prime might be a rebadged Redmi 10 that was released globally last month, with minor changes. The same MediaTek Helio G88 SoC that powers the Redmi 10 will power the Redmi 10 Prime.

    The Redmi 10 Prime will be powered by a large 6,000mAh battery, which is believed to be the lightest 6,000mAh battery from the Redmi brand, according to Xiaomi Global VP Manu Kumar Jain. It’s also been hinted that the phone would support reverse wired charging. It means you can use a USB cord to charge other gadgets while using your phone. Jain did not provide any details about the Redmi 10 Prime’s fast charging capabilities or how quickly reverse wired charging will function.

    Redmi 10 Prime Specifications

    The Redmi 10 Prime will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, which was confirmed last week. This is a relatively new mobile SoC, having been introduced alongside the Helio G96 in July. The MediaTek Helio G88 is also found in the Redmi 10 smartphone, which was released globally last week. It will be a “significant upgrade” over the Redmi 9 Prime and Redmi 9 Power, according to Xiaomi.

    The Redmi 10 Prime will have a hole-punch display, variable refresh rate, and twin microphones, according to reports. On September 3, the smartphone will be unveiled in India. The company will also release new Redmi-branded true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds on the same day.

It could have a main sensor with a resolution of 50 megapixels. The phone may be capable of fast charging at 18W and reverse wired charging at 9W.
