Realme is all set to launch its next-gen GT Neo series smartphone the Realme GT Neo 5 5G on February 9, 2023, in China. However, ahead of its launch, the brand has been constantly teasing the specifications, features, and design of the device. Today, Realme has officially confirmed almost all the display specifications of the upcoming smartphone.

Realme GT Neo 5: Specifications
The handset will feature a 144Hz refresh rate 1.5K AMOLED display with a centrally-aligned cutout for the selfie camera. Moreover, it will support a 1,500Hz touch sampling rate and 2,160Hz PWM. It also offers features like O-Sync 3.0, LS Touch, and HyperTouch. Additionally, its display is SGS certified. The smartphone comes with a Snapdragon8+ Gen 1 processor along with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
Moreover, there will be two fast-charging and battery models of the Realme GT Neo 5. The 5,000mAh battery variant will offer 150W fast charging support. In contrast, the other variant, with a slightly smaller battery, will be the first in the world to offer a whopping 240W fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the smartphone will feature a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It will also include a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Lastly, the handset will run the latest Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 skin out of the box.
