The POCO X4 Pro 5G, the latest model in the Poco X series, was released in India on Monday. The new Poco phone is the successor to last year’s POCO X3 Pro. The smartphone sports a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, triple rear cameras, and 67W fast charging. It also has a glass body in three different colours and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC.

The smartphone was unveiled last month at MWC 2022 in Barcelona. The global variant has a different primary camera than the model available in India. The Poco X4 Pro 5G will compete with devices such as the Realme 9 Pro 5G, Motorola Moto G71 5G, and Vivo T1 5G.
Poco X4 Pro 5G Price in India
In India, the smartphone 5G starts at Rs. 18,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. The phone is also available in a 6GB + 128GB model for Rs. 19,999 and a top-of-the-line 8GB + 128GB model for Rs. 21,999. The smartphone will be available in Laser Black, Laser Blue, and Yellow colours and will be available for purchase on Flipkart beginning April 5, 2022.
Customers who use an HDFC Bank card or credit EMI can get a Rs. 1,000 instant discount on the smartphone at launch. Existing Poco X2, Poco X3, and Poco X3 Pro owners can also get Rs. 3,000 off their current models in exchange for the new Poco X4 Pro 5G.
The smartphone was announced last month at MWC 2022, with prices starting at EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 25,000) for the 6GB + 128GB variant. The phone is also available in an 8GB + 256GB model for Rs. 29,200.

The dual-SIM (Nano) X4 Pro 5G has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate and runs Android 11 on top of MIUI 13.
Corning Gorilla Glass 5 also protects the display. The Snapdragon 695 SoC, Adreno 619 GPU, and up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM power the Poco X4 Pro 5G.
The Phone comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GW3 primary sensor and an f/1.8 lens for photos and videos.
The camera also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The global variant of the X4 Pro 5G featured a 108-megapixel primary camera sensor.
The smartphone has 128GB of onboard UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 1TB). 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR) blaster, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are the connectivity options of the X4 Pro 5G. An accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor are among the sensors onboard.
