One such user reported that his OnePlus 10 Pro shut down when accessing Hotstar and didn’t turn on. When he visited the nearest service centre, the company asked him to pay Rs.42,000 to fix the issue. A new OnePlus 10 Pro currently costs Rs.42,000 on Flipkart.

Another user, Abhishek Rajvanshi, claims that his OnePlus 9 Pro is dead due to a software issue, and the service centre is asking for Rs.27,000 to fix it. Users have shared a similar tale with OnePlus flagships facing heating, lagging issues, and eventually motherboard dead issues.
