According to the company, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G will launch in India on April 28th. In line with its moniker, it is likely to be a scaled-down version of the original OnePlus Nord CE 2 smartphone. The company has officially verified some of the specifications of its next phone ahead of its formal introduction. OnePlus has released a photo of the gadget. It shows what the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will look like when it is released. The teaser picture indicates that the next OnePlus phone will look almost identical to the company’s latest Nord series handset, but for a few minor tweaks.
One will observe that the arrangement of the third rear camera in the Nord CE 2 Lite, Nord 2 and Nord CE 2 has altered mainly due to the company’s efforts. In addition, the brand is providing all three phones in the same shade of blue, which is a first for the company.
The official teaser indicated that the phone would have three cameras on the back, a first for the company. While the firm hasn’t shown the device’s front panel, we suspect it will have the same punch-hole display that OnePlus has been using on most of its phones.

In one of the teasers, it seems that the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite would feature a screen with a fast refresh rate. It may sport a 90Hz display, comparable to the Nord CE 2. In addition, there is a potential that OnePlus may include support for 120Hz video.
OnePlus has previously stated that the gadget would come with a 5,000mAh battery capable of rapid charging at 33W. The remainder of the specifics is still up in the air. According to the rumour mill, it will include a 6.58-inch display featuring capability for Full HD+ quality and a fingerprint scanner.

According to the reports, OnePlus may opt to ship this gadget with an LCD screen rather than an AMOLED display. The device’s rear includes a 64-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. A 2-megapixel macro camera is also likely to be there. In addition, it might install a 16-megapixel camera on the front of the device.

Previous rumours indicate that the firm would not include the Alert Slider with this phone, which is not unexpected given that the brand has not included it with any of the other Nord CE devices. However, this implies that OnePlus intends to keep this functionality exclusive to its high-end devices. Instead, it is likely to have a biometric authentication system with a fingerprint sensor located on the side.
Given that the firm just announced the Nord CE 2 starting at Rs. 23,999, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is expected to be priced at Rs 20,000 in India. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will be available in black and white. If this comes out to be accurate, the CE 2 Lite will surpass the OnePlus 1 as the most affordable device from the company. It will probably be available to buy on Amazon.
