OnePlus launched OnePlus 9R early this year. Since then, the brand is prepping to launch a sub-premium variant – the OnePlus 9RT. Although no confirmations have come through from official channels. But rumours suggest that the rumoured smartphone can launch in select countries, including India. Now, a recent leak has tipped once again the new smartphone’s price.

OnePlus 9RT Rumoured Pricing
According to Digital Chat Station (via GSMArena), the OnePlus 9 RT price will be between RMB 2,000 (around Rs. 23,200) and RMB 3,000 (approx Rs. 34,700). Moreover, the OnePlus 9RT will come in three colour options. Now, this pricing puts it within the range of the OnePlus Nord series. So, we cannot be entirely sure of this pricing as of now.

Meanwhile, we can expect the OnePlus 9RT price in India higher, possibly around Rs. 40,000. But at this point, one cannot be sure of it. On the other hand, earlier leaks suggested the same. According to previous leaks, the 9RT will be a cheaper device as compared to the current selling 9R at around Rs. 40,000. The leak specified the price of the OnePlus 9RT standard 8 GB + 128 GB model to be around 3000 yuan which is approximately Rs. 35,000. The 256 GB variant might be priced around 3600 yuan, i.e. roughly Rs 42,000.
OnePlus 9 RT Expected Specifications
The upcoming smartphone can feature the same 120Hz display and processor as the OnePlus 9R. It will have a 6.55-inch FHD+ E3 AMOLED display with 2400×1080pixel resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
According to leaks, it is tipped to come with a higher clocked version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. It will have 12GB RAM and up to 256G storage. Additionally, the OnePlus 9RT will run OxygenOS 12, based on Android 12. With a 4,500 mAh battery, the smartphone will also support a 65W charging tech, NFC, and a dual stereo speaker setup.

Additionally, a 16-megapixel secondary camera might be put up as a punch-hole on display. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor. The upcoming OnePlus 9RT will also have the 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor as the primary lens, supporting OIS, which is absent in the 9R. Other sensors of the handset will include a 16-megapixel Sony IMX481 ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel B&W sensor.
