Motorola has officially announced the Motorola Moto Edge 30 launch date in India. According to the leak, the Moto Edge 30 will be out in the country on May 12, 2022. The company calls it the “world’s thinnest 5G smartphone.” The Moto Edge 30 will be available through Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and other leading retail outlets. The company unveiled the Motorola Moto Edge 30 in the European market not long ago. The device is now rumoured to be on its way to India.

Motorola will launch the smartphone in India on May 12, 2022, according to tipper Mukul Sharma. The Motorola Moto Edge 30 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor, a 144Hz refresh rate display, and a 4,020mAh battery.
Sharma tries to claim on Twitter that the company will release the Moto Edge 30 in India on May 12, 2022. The device is perhaps the world’s thinnest and lightest 5G smartphone in its class. According to the leak, the Moto Edge 30 will be India’s first smartphone to feature a Snapdragon 778G+ processor.
Motorola Moto Edge 30 Specifications
The ultra-flagship smartphone offers a 6.7-inch full-HD+ pOLED display. In addition, the display offers a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. We also get to see a fast 144Hz refresh rate alongside DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage as well as a 20:9 aspect ratio. Additional display features include 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection alongside an anti-fingerprint coating.
Talking about photos and videos, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup. The setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. In addition, there is a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

At the front, the smartphone flaunts a 60-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. Camera features include 8K video recording at 24fps, 1080p slow-motion full-HD video recording at up to 960fps and more. A Dual-LED flash accompanies the setup as well.
Price In India
The smartphone price in India has been set at Rs. 49,999. Moreover, this is the price set for the single 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. When it comes to the availability of the handset, it will go on sale via Flipkart from March 4, 2022. The flagship smartphone will come in Cosmos Blue and Stardust White.
In terms of discounts, the smartphone will be available at a flat Rs. 5,000 discount through Flipkart. Buyers who purchase the device from a retail store will also receive Rs. 5,000 in cashback. Another thing to keep in mind is that these launch offers are only available to customers who use SBI Credit cards.
In addition, Jio users will receive benefits worth Rs. 10,000. For ICICI, SBI, HDFC, and Axis Bank cardholders, there are no-cost EMI options of up to nine months.
