It can be said without a second thought that Minecraft is definitely a revolution in itself. The world of gaming has been hooked to the game for years now. Minecraft is still the most viewed game on YouTube, Twitch and a couple of other top streaming platforms out there. You can quite literally unleash your creativity in the game. What more, the vast open world is something that you can go around exploring for hours on end. Just exploring and creating something out of nothing is what the game is all about.
Now, according to latest reports, Minecraft makers are working on two new games to add to the franchise. Mojang Studios, the makers of the game, have reportedly working towards two Minecraft games. Noted reporter Windows Central, Jezz Cordon, has revealed something important as well.

He says that, “One thing I know for sure: There is more Minecraft coming. I know from trusted sources that Mojang has at least two all-new projects that aren’t Minecraft or Minecraft Dungeons, although I have no idea exactly what those games might look like. Perhaps we’ll discover that all of those pixel-style art posts were in fact teases for full-blown projects … or maybe not. One can hope, though.”
Minecraft Games: What More?
When Mojang Studios released Minecraft Dungeons last year, we knew the studio was very good at being versatile. Minecraft Dungeons followed an RPG style gameplay and turned out to be a very good one at that. Ever since Minecraft came out back way back in 2011, the game has never seen a downward slope. Instead, the game has only gotten better with each and every update.

One can play Minecraft for hours but, the fact that Minecraft Dungeons received such positive reviews, indicates the need for a change. Yes, the game is probably the most played game in the history of video games. But, sometimes a community needs a bit of a fresh breeze of sorts. Majong Studios working on two new games of the franchise is exactly that fresh breeze of change that will bring more diversity to the franchise.
Further, Mojang Studios have recently been teasing a lot of things via their social media handles. Corden explains how the game maker has been talking about pixel-art platformers to Pokemon-style RPGs and a lot of other ideas that sound great. Now, although these are merely ideas that the game maker has been talking about, it would indeed be great to hear the company confirm them finally.
