The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 launched in India on August 26, 2021, which was yesterday itself. The smart wearable launched with an AMOLED display which is bigger than its predecessor, the Mi Band 5. To recall, the Mi Band 5 featured a 1.1-inch display whereas, the newly launched Band 6 features a significantly bigger 1.56-inch AMOLED display.

The Mi Band 6 price in India is set at Rs. 3,499 which is more than that of its predecessor. However, Xiaomi has announced a new offer on the new smart wearable which brings down its price. Now, this new price makes the Band 6 be at par with its predecessors.
According to Xiaomi India Chief Business Officer Raghu Reddy, users who have used or are using previous versions of the Mi Band are eligible to get a discount on the new Band 6. This new offer allows such users to get the new Band 6 at a Rs. 500 discount. In order to claim this, users need to check the Mi Fit app on August 30.

The Rs. 500 discount brings down the Mi Band 6 price in India from Rs. 3,499 to Rs. 2,999. The newly launched Xiaomi smart wearable comes in the Blue, Light Green, Orange and Maroon colour options.
Mi Band 6 Specifications
The Band 6 comes with a big 1.56-inch AMOLED display with a pixel density of 326 PPI. The display is the pill-shaped design we see on the previous Mi Bands. The smart wearable comes with features like over 80 band displays. Further, it comes with 30 sports modes, HIIT, Core Training, Boxing and more. There is auto-detect feature as well which automatically detects activities like running, treadmill, walking, cycling and more.

The Mi Band 6 specs also include 5ATM water resistance rating. In addition, the smartwatch sports essential monitors like SPO2 monitoring feature, heart rate monitoring feature and sleep tracking feature as well. When it comes to battery life, the smart wearable packs a 125mAh battery which charges fully in two hours. Now, this battery claims to offer up to 14 days of backup on a single charge.
