Lava has announced the launch of a new phone in India called the Lava Yuva 3 Pro. The upcoming budget phone will arrive in the country later this week. It is likely to be an affordable phone with 4G connectivity. Here’s everything you need to know about the Yuva 3 Pro.

According to the announcement made by the company on X (Formerly Twitter), the Yuva 3 Pro will launch in India on December 14. Furthermore, it posted a teaser of the phone with the caption, “Get ready to explore the Gold Standard!”.

The phone will be the successor to the Lava Yuva 2 Pro, which debuted earlier this year. The teaser video showcases the golden color of the phone with a dual camera setup on the back.

Given the past precedent of Lava phones being sold on Amazon, it is safe to assume the device will be available on the platform. Furthermore, the company will likely offer free home service pickup and repair for the phone.

Expected Specifications Of The Phone

According to a leak by tipster Paras Guglani, the Yuva 3 Pro is expected to sport a 6.5-inch HD IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The phone will use the UniSoc T616 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM. It runs on Android 13 and will have up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Moreover, the Yuva 3 Pro will have an AnTuTu score of over 2,80,000 with support for 8GB of virtual memory.

For optics, the device will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing sensor for taking selfies. There is no information about the secondary sensor.

The device will pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and a USB-C port. Furthermore, the phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a bottom-firing speaker. It will be available in green, golden, and purple colors.
