Lava Blaze 2 5G India Launch Date Revealed

Lava has been teasing the launch of its next smartphone, the Blaze 2 5G. It has officially confirmed the Lava Blaze 2 5G launch date in India. A new leak has also revealed the design of the upcoming smartphone.

Lava Blaze 2 5G Confirmed To Launch On This Date

Lava will launch its next smartphone, Blaze 2 5G, in India on November 2. The device will be the 5G variant of the Lava Blaze 2 4G that arrived earlier this year. It will be the third device in the Blaze 2 series after the Blaze 2 4G and the Lava Blaze 2 Pro.

The company has also posted a link to the phone’s launch event on YouTube.The event will be streamed live at 12 PM on November 2.

According to previous leaks, the Blaze 2 5G will have a circular camera ring with an AI camera written on it. It will also be the first device in the segment to feature a ring light inside the camera module.

Lava Blaze 2 5G Expeted Specifications

The Lava Blaze 2 5G will sport an LCD with a centre-punch hole. While there are no details about the screen size or refresh rate, it could have a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 1600 x 720 pixels resolution.

The MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset will power the phone paired with up to 6GB of RAM. It will run on Android 13 out of the box with up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Furthermore, the leaked image shows the phone will support up to 6GB of virtual RAM.

The phone will have a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an LED flash for optics. The camera module also has two other lenses, likely the macro and depth sensors.

The Blaze 2 5G will support 18W fast charging via its USB-C port. Similar to the 4G variant, it could pack a 5,000mAh battery and have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.

It will likely have a starting price of around Rs.9,000 to Rs.10,000 for its base variant. The phone will have two variants: 4GB+64 GB and 6GB+128GB storage.
