Recently the users of Reliance Jio took their issues to Twitter. So users of Jio across the country are facing trouble making calls and sending messages. In regard to that, they took to the microblogging platform Twitter to complain about the issue. Jiodown for users and they face trouble because of it.

Some users have claimed to be unable to make calls. While others are unable to send or receive messages from their Jio numbers. Also, a section of users has said that they are unable to use mobile internet.
Jiodown, Users Face Trouble
As per Downdetector, the outage was reported to be high between 6 am to 9 am on Tuesday morning. According to the tracker, about 38 per cent of users have complained that there was no signal on their smartphones. That runs on the Jio network.
Plus, around 37 per cent of users are unable to make calls. The other approximately 26 per cent of Jio users are unable to access the internet on their mobiles.

The Twitter hashtag ‘Jiodown’ is trending on the platform after the Jio users faced trouble. We are sharing a few reactions from Twitter by some users.
A tweet reads “Jio network down? Unable to make calls”.
“No volte sign since morning & so unable to make any calls. Is this how you are planning to provide 5g services when normal calls are having issues?” another tweet by a Jio user on Twitter.
