Infinix Note 12i (2022) is all set to launch in the country on January 25, 2023. However, ahead of its launch, the company confirmed via a press release that the handset will be priced below Rs 10,000 in the country. Infinix Note 12i (2022): Specifications
The upcoming handset will feature a 6.7-inch full-HD Plus AMOLED display with support for 1,000 nits of peak brightness. Moreover, it will run on Android 12 with XOS 10.6 custom skin out of the box. The smartphone will come with an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC along with 4GB of RAM. Additionally, the RAM is further expandable up to 7GB using the additional inbuilt storage. It also offers 64GB of storage that is expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. Furthermore, the smartphone comes with a ten-layer cooling system for thermal management.
Regarding camera configuration, the handset will feature a triple rear camera unit led by a 50-megapixel main sensor. Additionally, the handset will also include an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. The Indian variant will likely have the same specifications as the global variant. It may be available in Alpine White, Force Black, and Metaverse Blue colour options. The smartphone may offer a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. Lastly, the handset offers connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and weighs 188 grams.
