HP Chromebook x2 11 Launched Featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c and 2K IPS Display

The HP Chromebook x2 11 is the latest addition to HP’s Chrome OS ecosystem. The new HP Chromebook has a detachable keyboard that allows it to function as a hybrid laptop and tablet. Along with the Chromebook x2 11, Google has also launched the Chromebase 21-inch All-in-One Desktop and the HP M24fd USB-C Monitor, which is a Chromebook-certified monitor and allows users to view Google’s operating system on a larger screen.

HP Chromebook x2 11 Price

The HP Chromebook x2 11 costs $599.99 (approximately Rs. 44,700) and comes in two colours: Night Teal and Shade Gray. Later this month, the Chrome OS-based gadget will be available for purchase at Best Buy in the United States. HP will begin selling the devices on its website, HP.com in October.

The HP Chromebase 21.5-inch All-in-One Desktop will also be available, with a starting price of $599.99. The HP M24fd USB-C Monitor will be available in the United States in October for $249.99. (Rs. 18,600).

Specifications and Features

The HP Chromebook x2 11 has a Corning Gorilla Glass-protection 11-inch 2K IPS display with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The HP Wireless Rechargeable USI Certified Pen is included with the laptop, allowing you to jot notes in your own handwriting or draw images on the screen in portrait and landscape modes. The pen may be magnetically attached to the device and then charged wirelessly.

There’s also a kickstand on the back of the Chromebook. The viewing angles can be adjusted up to 170 degrees. The HP Chromebook x2 11 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c SoC, as well as up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC storage.

On the Chromebook x2 11, HP has included a 5-megapixel selfie camera as well as an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. There are also Bang and Olufsen-tuned stereo speakers available. The Chromebook x2 11 comes with a 2-cell, 32Wh battery that can last up to 11 hours on a single charge. The latest HP Chromebook boasts a full-sized, detachable keyboard with an enlarged touchpad to provide a full-fledged computing experience. A fingerprint sensor is also included for biometric authentication.

The HP Chromebook x2 11 offers 4G LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth, and two USB Type-C ports for connectivity (with one supporting both charging and data transfer). HP has included HP QuickDrop on the Chromebook x2 11 to make sharing files and media content a breeze. The device also comes with Google’s new Cursive App, which allows you to write notes more swiftly. Users can also get their favourite apps and games via the Google Play store or the Stadia Streaming Game Service.
