Honor X9B Teased To Launch In India: Expected Specs, Price

Honor is planning to launch a new smartphone in India called the Honor X9b. The company’s CEO, Madhav Sheth, made the announcement on X (Formerly Twitter).

Honor X9b To Launch In India Soon

Madhav Sheth has announced the Honor X9b will arrive in India soon. The CEO posted an unboxing video of the device on X (formerly Twitter) shows the design of the phone.

It has a large circular camera island on the back, housing the triple camera setup similar to the Chinese variant. The black colour of the device has a glossy finish on the back.

According to tipster Mukul Sharma, the Honor X9b is likely to be available in Sunrise Orange and Midnight Black colours in the country. Furthermore, the orange variant will have a vegan leather finish on the back.

Moreover, the device will be available in the first half of February and will have an “Ultra Bounce Anti Drop” display. It will also be the first phone in India to have the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 display.

Honor X9b Specifications

The Honor X9b will have sort a 6.78-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the phone has a peak brightness of 1200 nits and a pixel density of 431ppi.

The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 will power the phone paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It will run on Magic UI 7.2 based on Android 13 and have up to 256GB of storage.

For optics, the Honor X9b has a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel sensor for taking selfies.

The phone packs a 5,800mAh battery with support for 35W wired charging. For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C, an in-display fingerprint sensor and 5G.
