It is available for all Android users, wherein they can interact with the AI-enabled assistant using voice commands and do real-time conversations. The users must have the Gemini Live app installed on their Android phones. This amazing feature supports 10 different voices. The feature was initially released for Gemini Advanced users only via Google One AI Premium Plan, but now this enhancement is available for all the Android users. Gemini Live For Android Users: Know Everything Here
While the Gemini app is not available on iOS, all the Android users can now access it. The Android devices must be compatible with the Gemini app having a waveform icon with a sparkle icon at bottom right corner.

When the user taps on this waveform icon, they get access to the Gemini Live feature. In other words, this feature is a simple two-way voice feature where the user and AI respond to each other via speech. However, the AI speaks fluently with minor voice modulation, but is not the same as the ChatGPT Advanced Voice Mode. The ChatGPT comes with an emotive voice and can react to the user’s words as well. But, Gemini Live for Android is sure to offer a seamless user experience.

- Download the Gemini Live app on your Android device
- Open the app
- Look for the Waveform icon at the bottom-right of screen and tap on it
- First time users will need to Accept the terms and conditions
- The Gemini Live interface appears
- User must start speaking to trigger a response from the AI
- You can interrupt the AI using the Hold button and go ahead with another prompt
