Clash Of Clans Town Hall 16 Update: Release Date, Features & More

The popular strategy game Clash of Clans is all set to receive a new Town Hall 16 update. Developer Supercell has been teasing the arrival of a new Town Hall in the game.

The December 2023 game update will bring Town Hall 16 alongside many new gameplay features and changes. Here is everything you can expect in the upcoming update of Clash of Clans.

Clash Of Clans December Update Will Bring Town Hall 16 And More

Supercell recently posted a teaser on X (Formerly Twitter) confirming the arrival of Town Hall 16. Furthermore, the developer also posted an image of its designer wearing a T-shirt showing the various Town Hall levels it has introduced over the years.

The teaser suggests Town Hall-16 will likely have conical spires on its corners. This is also confirmed via the photo for the Hammer Jam event posted on the Apple App Store.

Furthermore, the Hammer Jam event livestream shows a Barbarian pointing his finger towards a watch. One needle of the watch points to one while the other is towards six, indicating the Town Hall 16 release.

Another interesting thing is that the watch goes up to 14 hours instead of the typical 12, hinting at a December 14 release of the update. This also collaborates with the Hammer Jam and Clash For Nature events, ending on December 11.

Furthermore, upgrading from Town Hall 15 to 16 could cost around 18 million gold. A previous teaser posted by Supercell on X reveals this information.

The video ends with the words “It’s Coming,” with trees growing out of the letters. Moreover, the December update will also bring winter content for the game apart from Town Hall 16.

Town Hall 16 will likely allow players to combine two archer towers into one and introduce a new pet for new attack strategies. A teaser by the Clash of Clans account shows an adorable blue creature hiding in the trees, hinting at an upcoming pet.

Ahead of the Town Hall 16 update, the company will showcase more sneak peeks and teasers to generate hype. However, it will go against Supercell’s previous announcement of an 18-week gap between introducing a new Town Hall level.

Town Hall 15 arrived for players in the October 2022 update, and the upcoming December update will bring Town Hall 16, breaking the company’s rule.
