  2. Select whether you are an Indian citizen or a non-resident Indian.

  4. Now enter and confirm your Aadhaar number.
  5. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your phone number.
  6. Give your mobile operator permission to use UIDAI to obtain your name, photo, and date of birth.
  7. Now the IVR will say the final four digits of your phone number.
  8. Enter the OTP if the numbers spoken out are valid.
  9. You can add multiple Airtel numbers if you have them, according to the options.
  10. Your request will be accepted.
  11. You will receive an SMS within 24 hours confirming that your Aadhaar number has been linked to your Airtel number.

  1. Go to an Airtel store near you.
  2. Give the store executive your Airtel number and a self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card.
  3. You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your number.
  4. Share this OTP with the store executive.
  5. Give the store executive your biometrics (fingerprint).
  6. On your smartphone, Airtel will give you a confirmation message.
  7. To complete the whole process, reply with a ‘Y’ to the SMS.
