Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro
Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Galaxy On7 Pro were launched just two days after Samsung launched the Galaxy J2 2016 and the Galaxy J Max. These phones are all priced between Rs. 8,000 – 12,000, along with Galaxy J2, Galaxy J3 2016, Galaxy On5, and Galaxy On7. Consequently, the specs and design of these Galaxy devices are more or less the same, with a few minor tweaks here and there.
While the rear camera is 13MP, the front camera is only 5MP. One feature that will be useful to bikers is the S Bike Mode (first introduced in Galaxy J3). As for sensors, the phone only has Accelerometer and Proximity Sensor. Other sensors like Fingerprint Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, Compass, and Gyroscope are missing.
Apart from the minor improvement in the memory configuration (from 1.5GB to 2GB RAM, and from 8GB to 16GB internal memory) and the slight upgrade from Android v5.1.1 (Lollipop) to Android v6.0.1 (Marshmallow), Galaxy On7 Pro seems to be Galaxy On7 just repackaged in a new box.
The phone has been priced at Rs. 11,990 in India and is available in two colour variants – Black and Gold.
