The month of October or techtober as it is known in the tech community was full of launches. From big brands to small brands, all of them had something or the other to offer. But, it ended fairly soon and, then came November. This month, the launches were there, but, they were fewer in number. Regardless, what were the devices that launched you ask? Well, find below the monthly round-up of smartphones launched in the month of November.

1. Vivo V20 SE
The V20 series from Vivo saw the brand becoming more competitive while returning to its roots after the poor reception received by the Vivo V19 by the critics. The V20 was a huge success, with many critics applauding it’s cameras and weight, resulting in Vivo launching the V20 SE, which is a cheaper variant of the V20.
It features a similar 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a 48-megapixel based triple camera setup, and a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies. Other major features include the Snapdragon 665 for performance coupled with 8GB of RAM and a 4100 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
The weight too is amongst the lightest, with the device weighing a measly 171 grams in a segment full of 190-210 gram phones. The Vivo V20 SE is available in Gravity Black and Aquamarine Green hues and starts at INR 20,990.

2. Micromax In Note 1
Micromax is back and, it is marking it’s return with a bang, featuring two new devices, the first of them being the more premium Micromax IN Note 1. The IN Note 1 features a 6.67-inch FHD+ display, which is of the LCD variety. There is no high refresh rate panel, but, given the price, that is not an issue.
Other notable specifications include a 48-megapixel based quad rear camera stack, the Mediatek G85 chip with up to 4GB of RAM, a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support and a clean build of Android.
The device retails from INR 10,999 and can be bought in three variants, ranging from 4 to 6 GB of RAM and a maximum of 128 GB of internal storage.

3. Micromax IN 1B
The second offering from Micromax, the IN 1B is targeted towards the budget segment, with the specifications of the device resembling that of similar offerings from Redmi, Realme, and Poco. The IN 1B features a 6.52-inch HD+ display, which is of the LCD variety.
The device is powered by the Mediatek Helio G35 chipset with up to 4GB of RAM and, it runs on Android Go. In terms of camera, there is a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a secondary depth sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies.
The device also features a massive 5000 mAh battery, with a Type-C port, but lacks a bundled fast charger and instead ships with a 10W charger. The device is priced at INR 6,999 for the base variant with 2+32GB of storage.

4. Nokia 2.4
Nokia launched a new product this month, in the form of the Nokia 2.4. The device features a 6.5-inch HD+ display, which is of the LCD variety. The device is powered by the Mediatek Helio P22 chip and comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
It runs Android 10 and will get support up to Android 12. The cameras include a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is an additional 5-megapixel selfie sensor. As for the battery, there is a 4500 mAh battery. The device is priced at INR 10,399 and can be availed in three hues, namely Fjord, Dusk, and Charcoal.

5. Vivo Y1s
Vivo has been all about product launches, but, this time, the brand chose to take the silent route while launching it’s latest product, the Vivo Y1s. The device features a 6.22-inch Halo FullView display, which is an HD+ panel and of the LCD variety. It is powered by the Helio P35 and has a 13-megapixel camera. The device also sports a 4030 mAh battery with Micro USB based charging support. It is priced at INR 7,990.

6. Moto G 5G
The Moto G 5G is the cheapest 5G phone currently available in India and, it is one of the best value based offerings from the brand in a long time. The device features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Max Vision display and features a 16-megapixel selfie sensor in the punch-hole present on the same.
The device is powered by the new Snapdragon 750G chipset and comes with 6 GB of RAM. It currently runs on Android 10, but, the device can be upgraded to Android 11 in the near future.
To power this beast, the brand has equipped the Moto G 5G with a 5000 mAh battery and a 20W TurboPower charger. It is priced at INR 20,999 and, with an instant discount of 1000 INR via HDFC cards, it can be bought for just INR 19,999, which is a good deal for the same.

7. LG W11
LG is back and, it brings three new devices to it’s W series, the first of them being the LG W11. This is the most basic device of its lineup and, it features a 6.52-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch, resulting in an aspect ratio of 20:9. The build is completely plastic, which is apt for the price. In terms of performance, the W11 features the Mediatek Helio P22, which is far from the best chip available in the price range.
The processor is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. As for the optics, the device sports a dual camera setup with a primary 13-megapixel sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel wide-angle sensor. For selfies, there is an 8-megapixel snapper.
The device is equipped with a sizable 4,000 mAh battery and features a dedicated google assistant button, which is a feature that is quite useful.
Pricing is a bit odd, since the W11 comes in only one variant (3+32GB) and, in case you are interested, you will have to shell out INR 9,490 for the same.

8. LG W31/W31+
The LG W31 and W31+ are quite confusing, since both these devices are the exact same, with the only difference being in terms of storage. Both devices sport a 6.52-inch HD+ display with the same waterdrop notch and thick bottom bezels. They are powered by the same Mediatek Helio P22 as the W11 and come with a similar google assistant button.
In terms of storage, the W31 has up to 64GB of internal storage, while the W31+ maxes out at 128 GB, making this the only difference in an otherwise identical package.
Both devices sport triple-camera setups, consisting of a primary 13-megapixel sensor, paired with a secondary 5-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. In terms of selfies, one can use the 8-megapixel snapper present within the water-drop notch. The battery is also a similar 4000 mAh affair.
Pricing for these devices is steep, with the W31 retailing at INR 10,990 for the 4+64 GB variant, while the W31+ is priced at INR 11,990 for the 4+128GB variant.

9. Infinix Smart 4
Infinix is back with its new device and, it is part of the Smart series. The device being mentioned here is the Infinix Smart 4. The device sports a 6.82-inch HD+ display with a water-drop notch, which lends it an aspect ratio of 20:9. In terms of performance, the device features the Mediatek A22 chipset, which is not the best option in the price segment.
As for the cameras, the device packs a primary 13-megapixel sensor, coupled with a 2-megapixel depth sensor, while, for the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie sensor. The device is powered by a massive 6000 mAh battery.
The device is priced at INR 6,999 and can be bought via Flipkart.
