The constant wait for PUBG Mobile to come back to India will be more of a nail-biting wait than ever. According to a new report, MeitY denied the company permission to launch the conveniently tweaked version of the game. Moreover, reports indicate a very well additional delay of a month or two.

Additionally, the company is not giving any clarification of their launch date. However, other reports are coming up citing different launch dates for the PUBG Mobile. The company is unable to convince the Government by the several changes made in the game. They are saying that a new company for a banned entity is not acceptable.

PUBG Re-Entry Delayed?
Meanwhile, an Inside Sport report previously says that PUBG re-entry into India ‘in the current circumstances it will not be easy’. Furthermore, it quotes insiders stating that the game’s launch can push to January or February next year’. “There is no change in the stance at this stage,” the official quoted as saying in the report. Moreover, it did not alone specify what the government is planning to do about the game. The game is yet to receive permission from the Centre to operate in India again.

“Any banned entity can’t operate just by floating a new company. This even Tik Tok or anyone else can do. They will have to get permissions from MEITY to operate once again in India.”

PUBG Corporation registered the eponymous company as its Indian entity on November 21 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in Karnataka. Sean (Hyunil) Sohn and Kumar Krishnan Iyer are going to be the two directors for the company. Moreover, the former was the boss at Krafton and the latter worked with Spotify and Accuweather.
