Oppo’s latest limited edition phone is here. The Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has launched Ace 2 EVA Limited Edition in China which celebrates the 25th anniversary of Neon Genesis Evangelion anime. To be honest, you have never seen a phone like this one for sure.
Talking about the phone’s specifications, it sports a huge 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with 1080×2400 pixels resolution. The phone is powered by the beast aka Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC which is the latest & the most powerful SoC. Furthermore, the phone sports a 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal UFS 3.0 storage.
Next up, there’s a quad-camera setup at the back arranged in a circular camera bump. It sports a primary 48MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture flanked by an 8MP ultrawide sensor, 2MP portrait, and 2MP monochrome sensor that’ll make up its rear camera setup. Proceeding further, there’s a 16MP selfie shooter mounted on the top-left of the display as a punch-hole with f/2.4 aperture.

Moving further, we have a huge 4,000 mAh battery that sits inside the chassis powering the device for at least a day even on heavy usage. It is flanked with a 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge which is mind-bogglingly super fast. There’s also a 40W Air VOOC wireless fast charging for those who want to charge their Oppo Ace 2 EVA Limited Edition at a super-fast speed.

The phone is available in China at this moment with pre-booking starting and the first sale to commence on June 1 on both online and offline channels. The phone is arriving at CNY 4,399 or Rs 46,500/- for its 8+256GB storage. Also, note that there are only 10,000 units of Oppo Ace 2 EVA Limited Edition and there’s no disclosure that Oppo will launch it outside China.
