The Xiaomi Redmi A2 is available in three variants: the base model with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage is available at Rs. 5,999. Whereas, the variant with 2GB RAM + 64GB storage is available at Rs. 6,499, and the higher-end model with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage at Rs. 7,499. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi A2+ costs Rs. 8,499 and comes with a sole 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. All models are available in Black, Light Green, and Light Blue colour options.

Starting from May 23 at 12pm IST, interested buyers can purchase these smartphones through various channels, including Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and Xiaomi’s retail partners. Additionally, customers who purchase the Redmi A2 series smartphones using ICICI Bank cards are eligible for Rs. 500 cashback offer. Furthermore, both devices come with a two-year warranty.

Both handsets are dual SIM smartphones running on Android 13. They boast a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz touch sampling rate. The waterdrop-style notch on the screen houses the selfie camera. Under the hood, both phones feature the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC, with the option of up to 4GB of RAM. Thanks to virtual RAM functionality, users can expand the available memory up to 7GB.
