Xiaomi 13 Lite 5G may soon launch in the global markets. However, the company hasn’t made any confirmation or announcement regarding its launch. But the launch seems imminent as the Xiaomi 13 Lite has been reportedly spotted on the Google Play Console listing. The listing suggests that the device’s code name is Ziyi and it may be the rebranded version of Xiaomi Civi 2 which was launched last year in China. The listing further reveals that the handset runs Android 12 out-of-the-box.
Moreover, the listing shows a render of the device’s design, which is quite similar to that of the Xiaomi Civi 2. The handset will likely have a layer of MIUI 13 on top of Android. Let us know more about the features, and design specifications of the upcoming handset in this article.

Xiaomi 13 Lite: Specifications (Expected)
As per the listing, the upcoming handset will feature a Full HD Plus display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution and 440ppi pixel density. It will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and up to 8GB of RAM. Moreover, the handset will feature a Qualcomm Adreno 644 GPU, as per the listing. The same chipset was found in the Xiaomi Civi 2, which was launched in China.
However, if the upcoming handset is indeed a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 2. Then it will feature a 6.56-inch full-HD Plus OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will come with a triple rear camera unit including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera. Along with a 20-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Additionally, it has a dual front camera setup which includes a 32-megapixel primary camera and a 32-megapixel ultrawide camera for selfies and video chats. Moreover, the handset can support a 4,500mAh battery and 67W fast charging out-of-the-box.
A report reveals that the brand may unveil the Xiaomi 13 series for the global audience at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2023. The event will take place between February 27, 2023, and March 2, 2023, in Barcelona, Spain. Moreover, the company may also launch a new Ultra variant which may feature Leica camera technology.
