Xiaomi 12 will be the company’s upcoming flagship offering. According to the rumours, it will be the next offering from the company soon. In a recent development, LetsGoDigital has unveiled digital renderings of the smartphone. On the other hand, the alleged Xiaomi flagships has visited the BIS website. Let us look at what we know so far:
Xiaomi 12 Specifications
In the listing, 2201122G, which is apparently one of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship, Xiaomi 12 smartphones. It is listed on the BIS website. The device’s China variant has the model number 2201122C. The other Xiaomi flagship for the Chinese market has the model number 2203121C. Unfortunately, the BIS listing does not reveal any details regarding the specs or features.

Previous rumours suggests the next Xiaomi flagship will feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 898 SoC under the hood. We can also expect them Xiaomi 12 to feature an improved camera setup, possibly with the new Samsung 50-megapixel sensor or a 200-megapixel primary camera. It is best to take the leaked information with a pinch of salt.

The new Xiaomi 12 handset is assumed to come with 100W fast charging support, a punch-hole display with curved edges. To give the phone a premium look, it will have a ceramic back. In terms of design, it could have an outline similar to that of Xiaomi Civi.

As far as the performance is concerned, the Xiaomi 12 flagship model would be powered by Snapdragon 898 chipset and a 120Hz adaptive LTPO adaptive refresh rate display. The LTPO display will go up to a maximum of 120Hz and go down to a minimum of 1Hz which will ultimately help to save the battery life. Additionally, the handset could support a 4,700mAh battery, while its Ultra variant may offer a 5,000mAh battery. Reportedly, the mid-range handset will be the first phone to come with Qualcomm’s next-gen flagship chipset with four cluster core layouts.
