Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge launch date is now official. The Chinese company revealed on Wednesday its’ launch date for India. As we already know, this upcoming smartphone is apparently a rebrand of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ earlier this year. According to the company, the Xiaomi 11i series, which could also include the vanilla 11i as well, will debut in the country on January 6, 2022.
The new Xiaomi smartphone will be the company’s first phone with support for 120W fast charging in India. The charging tech claims to juice up a phone from 0 to 100 per cent within 15 minutes. Xiaomi earlier this year the Mi 11 Ultra launched in the country with 67W fast charging support. But the charger comes separately from the phone. Now, in a tweet posted by the official Xiaomi India account, the company announced the launch date for Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge in India.

Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge – What We Know So Far
Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge will be a part of the Xiaomi 11i series. From previous leaks, we already know its’ specs could be similar to the Redmi Note 11 Pro+. It flaunts a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and has a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. In addition, it comes with a punch-hole cutout. The handset will have triple cameras on the back, with a 108-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Furthermore, it can be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset, making it the first phone to launch in India with this processor. It is also coming with a 16-megapixel snapper on the front for selfies and video chats, JBL stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a metal unibody design. Furthermore, connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port.
Meanwhile, in terms of pricing, Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge might have a starting price of CNY 1,899 (roughly Rs. 22,500) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration.
